Change for Equality: Oggi, Lunedi 3 dicembre, attiviste per i diritti delle donne, hanno continuato le loro azioni dei giorni precedenti perseguendo la condizione di Nasrin Sotoudeh avvocata e difensore dei dirittidelle donne alla Segreteria Generale del Potere Giudiziario. Hanno potuto entrare nell'edificio della Segreteria e tre di loro hanno avuto il permesso di vedere il legale del Segretariato. Tale persona, che, secondo le attiviste,le ha ricevuto civilmente, ascoltando le loro preoccupazioni per la salute di Nasrin Sotoudeh, e ha organizzato per loro un incontro con il signor Nouri, il vice capo della polizia penitenziaria.
Sig. Nouri ha detto alle attiviste, quando hanno chiesto il trasferimento di Nasrin Sotoudeh a una clinica specializzata per le cure, che solo il signor Khandan (marito di Nasrin), possa essere il firmatario in grado di fare tale richiesta della magistratura, e che le attiviste non potevano presentare una tale richiesta . Nouri ha rifiutato di accettare la lettera che le attiviste avevano scritto per consegnare al Sadeq Larijani, il capo del potere giudiziario.
Egli ha inoltre indicato che il reparto ospedaliero del prigione di Evin sarebbe da monitorare le condizioni fisiche di Nasrin Sotoudeh, ma le attiviste hanno dichiarato che al momento attuale la signora Sotoudeh è in uno stato gravemente indebolita a causa del sciopero della fame e che deve oessere trasferita in un ospedale specializzato.
Durante l'incontro le attiviste hanno chiesto che l'avvocata devrebbe essere soddisfatta dalle sue richieste , vale a dire l'abolizione del divieto di espatrio a sua figlia Mehraveh , e inoltre la sua altra richiesta il diritto di vederei suoi figli di persona così come essere in contatto telefonicamente con loro . A lor stato detto detto che avrebbero parlato del suo caso con l'autorità legale nei prossimi giorni..................................................................

Women's Rights Activists Continue their Pursuit of Nasrin Sotoudeh's Case; Meetings with Judicial Officials..............................................................
Change for Equality: Today, Monday 3rd December, women's rights activists, continuing their actions of the previous day, took their enquiries about the condition of Nasrin Sotoudeh, lawyer and women's rights advocate, to the General Secretariat of the Judiciary. They were able to enter the Secretariat building and three of them were given permission to see the Secretariat's legal expert. The said expert, who, according to the activists, received them civilly, listened to their expressions of concern about the health of Nasrin Sotoudeh, and arranged for them to meet with Mr. Nouri, the deputy head of the prison service.
Mr Nouri told the activists, when they requested that Nasrin Sotoudeh be transferred to a specialist clinic for treatment, that only Mr Khandan (her husband), as the petitioner and as a relative, was able to make such a request of the judiciary, and that the activists could not file such a petition. Nouri refused to accept and register a letter that the activists had written to be delivered to Sadeq Larijani, the head of the judiciary.
He also indicated that Evin Prison's hospital ward would monitor Nasrin Sotoudeh's physical condition, but the activists stated that at the present time Ms Sotoudeh's limbs were in a gravely weakened state on account of the hunger strike and that she must be transferred to a specialist hospital.
During this meeting the activists also requested that the lawyer's demands be met, namely the lifting of the foreign travel ban on her daughter Mehraveh, and in addition her request that she be allowed the right to see her children in person as well as contact them by telephone. They announced that they would be taking up her case with the relevant legal authorities over the coming days.
